A real insider tip is the Lötschberg region. This winter wonderland is an Eldorado for all cross-country skiers and hikers. Crosscountry skiers have 100 kms of prepared slopes at their disposition. For those who prefer hiking, there’s more than 75 kms of prepared winter hiking trails meandering through the snow-covered woods and fields. Here we offer ski clinics for beginners, but Kandersteg is also a base for various excursions, such as to the Gornergrat, the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe or to Milan.
