the hub of international routes and invites visitors to take some
time off. The Rhone Valley with its magnificent mountains,
deep valleys and breathtaking scenery is the dividing line
between north and south. Visit the majestic Stockalper Castle,
the pilgrimage and collegiate church and the Sebastian chapel.
Go shopping in the buzzing Bahnhofstrasse and the Old Town.
After check in at your hotel, you are free to explore Brig on
your own for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at Brig. |

and larch forests, across alpine meadows, which are

In the afternoon you arrive in Chur, the capital of Graubünden,
which is the oldest town in Switzerland. It has retained
a great deal of its old character. The old town, full of cobbled
alleys, secret courtyards and townhouses breathes the spirit
of the Middle Ages. The huge cathedral is a symbol for the
bishop-princes, who ruled in the past. Overnight stay at Chur.
